A steady and well-rounded vinyasa flow class designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence in your practice. With time to explore more fullyâmoving through creative sequences with space to play, pause, and deepen. We begin gently on the mat with breath awareness and stretches, then build into dynamic sequences that include core work, standing poses, and the option to try more challenging shapes
The extra 15 minutes allows us to work deeper into stretches or spend time breaking down more advanced postures step-by-step, giving you the chance to understand the âhowâ behind the pose rather than just flowing through it.
Expect variety, progression, and encouragement. Options are offered throughout, so whether youâre gaining confidence or refining your practice, youâll feel supported to explore at your own pace.
This class is best suited for students with some previous yoga experience and a reasonable level of fitness. Complete beginners are encouraged to join the Slow Flow Class on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.
