Checkin is a monthly in-person meet-up to chat about how things are going in our meditation and Buddhist practice, and to be part of the Manchester Young Buddhist community. Itâs in addition to our usual Young Buddhists Group meeting on the first Monday of the month. Itâs completely informal, and you donât need any prior experience to attend.
