Perfect for anyone with at least three years of dance experience and who is looking to gain a new insight into contemporary dance.
This contemporary dance class features the expressive movements of lyrical dance and release technique drawing on inspiration from dance pioneer JosĆ© LimĆ³n. The class follows set exercises to help develop technique and musicality. The live music by Auris Delan will help inspire your movement throughout the class.
