TownSpot is a hyper-local event discovery platform that helps people find events, activities, and local places of interest in their towns and neighbourhoods. We provide listings, newsletters, mobile app experiences, and tools that connect residents, venues, organisers, and communities.

By accessing or using TownSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

TownSpot and its content (including design, logos, software, and aggregated event data) are owned by TownSpot or its licensors.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, format, display, distribute, edit for clarity, promote, and use that content to operate and market TownSpot.

6. Disclaimers

We provide TownSpot 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee:

• That listings are error-free or always up-to-date.
• That events will occur as advertised.
• That the service will always be available without interruption.

You use TownSpot at your own risk. Always check the organiser’s official source before travelling, paying, or making plans.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TownSpot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to £50.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TownSpot if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or abusive behavior.

9. Third-Party Links

TownSpot may include links to third-party sites or services, including organisers, venues, ticketing platforms, maps, email providers, app stores, and partner websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or policies.
