Through drawing, writing, movement and moments of stillness, you'll be gently guided beyond self-judgement on a journey from self-acceptance to self-realisation. This isn't about creating a masterpiece or learning artistic techniques; it's about creating space to explore and express your inner world, meet yourself with greater compassion, and deepen your connection with who you truly are.
Join us for this creative and reflective workshop. No artistic experience is needed, just curiosity and an open mind. Please bring a journal or notebook, a pen, and a bottle of water to help you stay hydrated throughout the session.
