This intensive will run from Monday 10 to Friday 14 August. Refine your technique working on your strength and artistry! Whether you're returning to the barre or building your skills, this intensive helps you grow stronger and more confident. We use technique as a tool for expression, not restriction. Through simple visualisation, you'll understand the "why" behind movements cover essentials like turnout and weight transfer, so you can build a solid foundation. Come as you are and leave with a deeper understanding of your body and more confidence in your dancing. These classes are accompanied by a live pianist.
