This month, join Silvia, Seb, and Lizzie as they share their experiences with Buddhism at the Buddhist Centre. They'll discuss their spiritual journeys, the inspiration, transformation, and challenges they've faced. There will also be opportunities to meditate, participate in small group discussions, and socialise more casually.
