About

Join OG Youth Collective (Ages 14-24, up to 26 if neurodivergent) for a series of free creative sessions exploring materials, design, wearable art, and imagined futures. Young people can join at any stage and no previous art experience is needed. Young people taking part in the programme will have the opportunity to exhibit at October Gallery in January 2027. This session: Saturday 3rd October, 10am-12pm - October Gallery Material Speed Dating: experiment with embossed metal, wire, fabric and small wax casting. Following Sessions on Monday 16th November, 4.30-6.30pm - Grimshaw Studio Explore real and imagined spaces, architecture and AI through drawing, design and image-making. Monday 7th December, 4.30-6.30pm - October Gallery: Making and developing your exhibition ideas. Monday 14th December, 4.30-6.30pm - October Gallery: Meet the curator and share ideas for exhibiting work. Monday 11th January, 4.30-6.30pm - October Gallery: Sharing and finishishing work for the exhibition. Hope you can join us 👋🏽
