Classes run Monday 17 to Friday 21 August 2026 Discover contemporary dance through rhythm, release, and movement. This beginner-friendly contemporary class blends Cunningham technique with influences from West African movement and Release technique, supported by live percussion accompaniment that brings rhythm and energy into the studio. You'll explore clear, accessible sequences that build coordination, balance, and spatial awareness, alongside grounded, rhythmic, and fluid movement. Each class develops strength, confidence, and musicality at your own pace, while introducing different styles to expand how you move. A supportive space to build skills, feel more connected to your body, and enjoy contemporary dance.
