Our Well-Beeing garden is a space run by the patients of the James Wigg, for the patients of the James Wigg. Every Thursday we run a session where patients can come and get involved and learn some green-fingered skills! Also, there is an ever-growing body of scientific evidence that gardens and gardening are good for our physical, mental and social wellbeing.
